I agree. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of hours of making all of this for others to see/use/enjoy and deleting a tumblr with over 500 followers would suck. But I don’t want to face legal troubles either.

I don’t make the laws. I don’t know all the details yet but my choice would be to stay, but I will not stay if the laws are implimented much more strictly and where I could face an insane amount of legal trouble simply for having this tumblr running.
I might delete this tumblr shortly.
I’m in the process of finding out more about the copyright laws that are about to come into effect in my country, but worst case scenario I have to delete this tumblr and all gifs hosted elsewhere.
